What are you doing in panic to control yourself?

I try to focus on the most intimidate task, try to push all other thoughts and feelings aside.

Not sure if that’s at all helpful.. but when things are upside down.. a “fuck it all” attitude is what you need or you will get dragged down in disrepair and paralyzed.. just focus on what NEEDS to be done next.

It’s like in the back of your mind you’re thinking of all the bad shit but you ignore it.. don’t look at it.
