I watched this thing on salmonella poisoning once, apparently when your body detects it, it starts pumping the contents of your bowels to the nearest exit, so some of it could be headed out as shit, but some of it gets pumped back up into your stomach to be vomited out. It was all very descriptive and had little animations and such, i always overcook my chicken now lol
