The availability of information and communication channels does not make our lives more difficult. It is determined by how we use it. One significant issue is that our patience and expectations have shifted. People, for example, expect immediate responses from technology and from one another. And people expect us to move everything faster just because we can. (For example, businesses, purchases, etc.) But we are all human, and operating at peak performance all of the time is not for everyone. It adds unnecessary pressure. To achieve peace, we can practice patience and limit our expectations of ourselves and others. And keep in mind that just because we can, does not mean we should.
