For me there’s three pieces of media that make me think of my life “before I found it” and “after I found it”
The most impactful I would say is the video game Outer Wilds. I’ve never played a game that impacted me so deeply. It’s themes and characters are so beautiful
The other two would be the tv shows Over the Garden Wall and Station Eleven. They’re both dark, and at times depressing but ultimately hopeful and uplifting.
