What are some of your “oh sh**, he’s actually really good” moments with the people you used to look down on ?

Well, to be honest, I don’t think it’s ever okay to look down on someone else. But I have had moments where I was pleasantly surprised by someone’s abilities or talents that I didn’t expect them to have. For example, there was a guy in my math class who I thought wasn’t very smart because he didn’t seem to pay attention in class, but then I saw him acing all of his tests and realized that he was actually really good at math. It taught me not to judge people based on appearances or assumptions and to give everyone a chance to show their true abilities.
