What are examples of “mansplaining” with context?

Just last week, my husband and I were driving home from the beach along a tree-lined road.

Husband: “The wind has really picked up.”

Me: “It has, hasn’t it. Will you still be able to go fishing?”

Husband: “I doubt it. It’s very, very windy. I can tell how windy it is by observing the movement of trees. Can you see that? The more windy it is, the more they move.”

Me: “….yes. Thank you, I am aware of how wind works.”

Husband: “Did I just mansplain wind?”

Me: “Yes, I think you just did.”

At least he owned it.
