That is untrue. You are a master of your own destiny and, unless you are truly afraid of society’s view on your person, in which case there is no shame in asking for help from a professional in the matter, you are free to experiment with makeup and explore your creative side with makeup.
It doesn’t have to be a pretty makeup with eyeliner and blushes and lipstick, it can be whatever you want it to be, that is the beauty of art, and genderlocking art is a capital sin in my books. If you want to, you should try it in a way that makes you comfortable, but if you don’t want to play with makeup, that is alright too.
