To everyone,what do y’all do when you’re insecure about your body?

I’ve given the voice that makes me insecure a name that reminds me of an insecure middle school bully and just tell it shut up. Either that or do something to try and help. It doesn’t work for everything, but like, if I’m insecure because my hair is a mess, I’ll style my hair that day. If it’s my weight, I’ll do a bit of working out. Nothing major, but feeling like I’m doing something about it is SUPER helpful.
