I think it’s a healthy thing, it teaches your mind how to deal with things before they happen and traumatize you.
I think about what would happen if my mom dies or my siblings, I think about how sad I would be. I think about the consequences of that happening.
Sometimes I think about my own death, but not often. When I do, it’s not usually the circumstance of how I die what happens to my consciousness. Usually about how it will affect the people around me.
