Those who are able to enjoy music without imagining themselves in it, how??

I think that people that say they have no monologue in their head are lying, I truly think all if not alot of them are lying. I’m also open minded so I know ima sound dumb writing that 😂, i took a dab btw, so I don’t know what I’m talking about 😂
