There are many rules that teachers need to follow in order to maintain their teaching license. Some of these rules may be seen as detrimental to a student’s career or personal development, depending on the individual student’s situation. For example, some teachers may feel that they are not able to truly connect with their students if they have to adhere to strict classroom management rules. Other teachers may feel that they are not able to give their students the attention they need if they are required to teach a certain number of classes per week. Ultimately, it is up to each individual teacher to decide whether or not they believe the rules they must follow are detrimental to their students’ career or personal development.
