It’s definitely not the worst ever, but I can’t think of a worse one right now.
I’m primary school, girls weren’t allowed to wear shorts. They HAD to wear skirts. This wasn’t listed in the uniform list, so many girls showed up in shorts. They were told off and were told that we couldn’t wear them because we are girls. We were allowed to wear pe shorts under our skirts but we couldn’t wear the grey shorts the boys could wear, purely because we weren’t boys
