Sun King After Sales Intern Jobs in Kenya
The Team you would Join:
After sales services consist of timely repairs and in-warranty replacements of Sun King Products. You will be part of the After Sales Team in Kenya that coordinates the services for the direct and partnerships channels.
About the Role:
The After Sales Intern will assist in effectively managing and coordinating the physical movement and storage locations of all after sales inventory, along with ensuring accurate documentation for all after-sales processes. Other duties include interacting with other departments on all CRMs, ERP reconciliations, and process improvements.
The focus will largely revolve around collaborating with inventory, driving continuous improvement, and overseeing labour management to attain the overarching objectives of the department.
What you would be expected to do
Inventory management – Maintaining and improving the after-sales physical inventory management and warehousing; defective materials, spare parts, refurbished products and grade materials scheduled for decommissioning.
Documentation and MIS – Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels
Warehouse Management – Maintaining an updated list of inventory items and their locations in the warehouse. Taking inventory of items in storage areas, ensuring correct labelling and that all items are in good condition.
Labour management – Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.
Provide assistance for various tasks within the Refurbishment Centre and after-sales service.
E-waste management and disposal.
Any other tasks assigned.
You might be a strong candidate if you
Have Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent is required
Have proven experience working with the following types of systems: a CRM, ERP. This would be an added advantage.
Have Knowledge or experience with operational tools including Google Sheets, Excel and PowerPoint and Slides.
Have excellent data entry skills
Have ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with people from different departments.
Have ability to work independently and figure things out with innovative thinking, problem-solving skills, and presence of mind.
Are passionate for learning.
