Job Description

To drive and technically execute the internal financial control processes and practices and monitor adherence to the approved Group Internal Financial Control framework in order to continuously enhance, influence and shape the internal financial control capability across the Group.

To run and drive quality assurance of general finance processes and practices within all legal entities of the group, to ensure adherence to Internal Financial Control framework.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree

Field of Study: Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting

Other Minimum Qualifications, Certifications or Professional Memberships: Chartered Accountant; CA(SA) preferred

Experience Required

Companies Act (SA)

1-2 years Experience of working on some finance related application/ software. Preferable Microsoft Office 365.

3-4 years Experience in Financial Control or related finance experience at a multi-national listed Group of companies with extensive inter-company & inter-divisional transactions. Technical IFRS accounting background and experience. Experience in dealing with foreign currency translations and revaluations.
