Ramogi Institute of Advanced Technology Front Office Receptionist Intern Jobs in Kenya
Duties and Responsibilities
Diary management and management of meeting rooms.
Handling event coordination both internally and externally.
Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
Transferring calls as necessary.
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Order front office supplies.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements for Appointment
Minimum of a degree in public relations/front office operations or in a related field.
Good communication skills on English and Kiswahili in both written and Verbal.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
