Job Education
Education: Degree/ diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field. – Experience: Previous experience in club management or hospitality industry.
Job Must Have
Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team of staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Customer Service Excellence: Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service to club members, guests, and visitors.
Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with members, staff, and external partners.
Organizational Skills: Capable of coordinating and organizing club activities, events, and programs.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick and effective decision-making to address issues or challenges that arise in daily operations.
Interpersonal Skills: Building positive relationships with club members, staff, and vendors, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, financial management, and cost control to ensure the club operates within its financial parameters.
Event Management: Planning and executing club events, parties, and special activities to enhance the member experience.
Facilities Management: Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of club facilities, ensuring they are safe and well-maintained.
Health and Safety Compliance: Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to implement and enforce them to ensure a secure environment for members and staff.
Educational Requirements
Degree/ diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
