Job Education
A minimum of 3 years of professional baking experience, specializing in artisan bread, cookies, and related products.
Passion for baking and a strong desire to master the art of artisanal baking.
Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and flavourful baked goods.
Proficiency in using baking equipment and tools.
Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing consistently high-quality products.
Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic bakery environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Formal culinary education or relevant certifications are a plus.
Job Must Have
Collaborate with our experienced bakers to learn and execute the art of artisanal baking.
Craft a range of high-quality bread, cookies, and pastries, paying meticulous attention to detail and presentation.
Follow established recipes and procedures to consistently deliver outstanding products.
Learn to operate and maintain bakery equipment, ensuring safety and optimal functionality.
Assist in managing inventory, ensuring ingredients are well-stocked for daily production.
Contribute creative ideas to develop new and innovative baked goods for our customers.
Maintain a clean and organized baking area, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards.
Embrace opportunities to learn from mistakes and continuously improve your baking skills.
