Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Teacher of Spanish to join one of Kenya’s leading schools – in fact, one of the top schools on the whole African continent.
Kenyan education is recognised as generally excellent. About a dozen UK-style schools are at the forefront of Kenyan education, and Peponi is at the forefront of those schools. As an HMC member school, it enjoys an outstanding reputation and it educates over 300 children aged 11 to 18 from a cosmopolitan mix of local and expatriate families.
We are now seeking a new Teacher of Spanish who will help us take our Modern Foreign Languages Faculty to new highs in 2025. You must be passionate about the language and be a first-class teacher, capable of teaching Spanish up to IGCSE and A level levels.
You will have at least five years’ teaching experience, but what we really want is the ability to genuinely excite and inspire our pupils, rather than just deliver the curriculum. You’ll have plenty of fresh ideas that you’re keen to bring into your teaching, and you’ll be looking to join a school that is equally keen for you to have those fresh ideas.
