The Electoral Commission Election Officer/Recruitment, Training & Appraisal Jobs in Uganda
Key Result Areas:
Processing and verifying information related to recruitment, personnel statistics and job analysis;
Drafting letters of appointment, promotion and confirmation;
Processing staff Identity cards;
Assisting in coordinating staff appraisal processes;
Assisting in collecting and compiling staff training needs and in compiling the overall training plan;
Any other official duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Academic qualifications:
An Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or Industrial and Organizational Psychology or Business Administration (Human Resource option) or a closely related field obtained from a recognized University/Institution.
Preferred Skills and Competences:
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Analytical, negotiation, communication skills
High Integrity
Training ability
Result & Team Oriented
Good interpersonal skills
AGE: Not below twenty-two (22) years of age.
