Role Responsibilities & Tasks
Digital Strategy Development – work in collaboration with the business development team, develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall marketing objectives and target audience demographics.
Content Creation and Management – Create engaging and relevant content for the company’s website, social media channels, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital platforms.
Social Media Management – Manage the company’s social media accounts, including content planning, posting, monitoring, engagement, and stakeholder management.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – Optimize website content, structure, and metadata to improve organic search visibility and rankings on search engine results pages (SERPs).
Manage Paid Advertising Campaigns – Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization to increase website rankings and drive organic traffic.
Email Marketing – Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, communicate with prospective clients, and engage with current clients.
Analytics and Reporting – Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) related to website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, conversion rates, and campaign return on investment (ROI). Prepare regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies. Prepare monthly reports for management team.
Manage digital campaigns, monitor performance reports, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations to management.
Digital Asset Management – Manage digital assets such as images, videos, graphics, and multimedia content, ensuring they are organized, accessible, and optimized for various digital channels.
Optimize website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to improve user experience and drive lead generation.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new growth opportunities.
Essential Qualifications.
Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing and Communications and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
Proficient in marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Ahrefs, Yoast, etc.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, email marketing and social media.
Additional Preferred Qualifications.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications.
Previous experience in the Air Travel Industry.
Experience with graphic design and content production.
Knowledge of website CMS and marketing automation tools.
Proficiency in developing and overseeing email marketing initiatives.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and website design best practices.
Certifications in Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar.
