Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Specialist to join our dynamic e-commerce team. The CRM Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement, loyalty, and retention by developing and executing effective CRM strategies while also contributing to SEO initiatives to support our online presence and digital marketing efforts.

The ideal the candidate is a data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of customer behavior, segmentation, and personalized communication tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine CRM strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement customer journey maps to identify touchpoints for effective communication and engagement.

    Segmentation and Personalization:

  • Utilize customer data and insights to segment the customer base and create targeted messaging and offers.
  • Develop personalized content and product recommendations based on customer preferences, purchase history, and browsing behavior.

    Email Marketing:

  • Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, and transactional emails.
  • Optimize email content, subject lines, and send times to improve open rates, clickthrough rates, and conversion rates.

    Multi-channel Communication:

  • Coordinate and execute CRM campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and social media.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints.

    Retention and Loyalty Programs:

  • Design and implement customer loyalty initiatives, referral programs, and other retention strategies.
  • Monitor program performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

    A/B Testing and Analysis:

  • Conduct A/B tests on different campaign elements to optimize messaging, design, and delivery strategies.
  • Analyze campaign results and customer engagement metrics to iterate and improve strategies continually.

    Data Management and Analysis:

  • Work closely with the analytics central team to gather, interpret, and leverage customer data for segmentation and targeting.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.

    CRM Technology:

  • Manage and leverage CRM tools and platforms to execute campaigns, track performance, and automate processes where possible.

    SEO Support:

  • Assist the marketing team in implementing basic SEO practices, such as optimizing content, meta tags, and internal linking.
  • Collaborate with the SEO specialist to support broader SEO initiatives.

    Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align CRM strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on CRM campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2 years) in CRM marketing within an ecommerce or retail environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM principles, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, email marketing platforms, and data analytics tools (especially Microsoft Office & SQL).
  • Familiarity with basic SEO principles and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling and engaging customer communications.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with customer privacy regulations and best practices in data protection.
  • Experience in using A/B testing methodologies to improve campaign performance.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
