Duties and Responsibilities
Recruiting, selecting, training, motivating and developing independent agents, Direct Sales Force and PSV saccos.
Ensuring the achievement of manpower and sales budgets
Sourcing quality and sustainable business for the company
Growing the business with a proper business mix of 60:40 motor to non-motor 60:40
Ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements and standards
The Ideal Candidate:
At least a diploma certificate
COP qualified/exempted
3 years’ experience in general insurance sales
1 year’s experience in managing sales teams
