Purpose of Role:
Responsible for education of Childrens between 3-6 years of age
Qualifications & Experience Required
Should hold at least a Diploma/Certificate in Early childhood education.
Have at least two years of experience in education
Should be a person who has genuine concern/ interest for the well -being of children.
Shall be of sound mind and should be ready to undergo a medical examination at the Company hospital.
Should have a certificate of good conduct and should not have a criminal record.
A first aid certificate shall be added advantage.
Should have the ability to form warm, responsive relationships with children.
Should be a female who has a positive, friendly attitude.
Should have high-level verbal and written communication skills.
Should be fluent in English and Kinyarwanda
Should be initiative and capacity to work with minimal supervision.

Patience
Should be having a background of being teacher.
Accountabilities
Supervise and monitor the safety of Children in their care.
Organize mealtimes for children.
Help children keep good hygiene.
Organize activities that allow children to learn about the world and explore interests.
Develop schedules and routines to ensure that children have enough physical activity, rest, and playtime.
Watch for signs of emotional or developmental problems in children and bring the problems to the attention of parents.
Keep records of children’s progress, routines, and interest
Arrange activities for children and provide them with the chance to utilize their curiosity.
Attend to the personal cleanliness of every child, changing diapers/soiled clothing and washing hands.
Maintain safe surroundings based on the company’s safety and security standards.
Clean and organize the centers and putting away any hazardous equipment.
Maintain welcoming and helpful relationship with each child’s family and encourage their involvement in the center/ child’s life.
Support the social and emotional growth of children.
