Job Description

Naflet Hotel is a top notch world class hotel located in Adama. Naflet Hotel opened its door and has been serving its guests since October 2022. To attain its objective, the management of the hotel is looking for talented and passionate hotel professionals for the following vacant positions.

We are committed to training and developing our employees so that they can be able to utilize their abilities and skills in order to perform their assigned tasks at top level and they are able to gain needed knowledge and skills for themselves as well.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise, coordinate and control the front desk, telephone, bell, and business center operations.

Handle room reservations, room allocations tasks.

Ensure the smooth handling of individual and group check in and departure processes.

Ensure the availability of resources and the proper functioning of equipment for the smooth running of the front desk, business center

Forward bills outstanding (Accounts receivables) appropriately to finance on timely basis and follow up for the proper collection of outstanding receivables.

Required qualification

Diploma or above in Hotel Management, hotel operation, marketing management or related fields.

Experience

More than 3 years’ experience in similar position in Four- or five-star hotel.

Human relations skill

Good human relation skill

Language proficiency

Good command of spoken and written English is required.

Knowledge of additional national and international languages is desirable.

Computer skills

Command of computer applications (Microsoft office package).

Industry knowledge

Good hospitality industry and hotel product knowledge and skilled in electricity, plumbing, and maintaining hotel machineries and equipment.
