This scope of work (SOW) sets forth the services to be provided by the Consultant to SAII Associates Ltd/Gte, an associate company of Chemonics International Inc.

The objective of this billable short-term assignment is to serve as the ITN Campaign STTA for the USAID Global Health Supply Chain (GHSC) – Procurement and Supply Management (PSM) project. The ITN Campaign STTA will work with the Malaria Program Team to provide technical support for the implementation of ITN campaigns.

Background:

The purpose of the USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program–Procurement and Supply Management Single Award IDIQ Contract is to ensure an uninterrupted supply of health commodities to prevent suffering, save lives, and create a brighter future for families around the world. The IDIQ has four task orders (HIV/AIDS, Malaria, PRH, & MNCH) that directly support the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), the President’s Malaria Initiative (PMI), and USAID’s Family Planning & Reproductive Health Program. All four task orders are implemented in Nigeria.

GHSC-PSM Project also provides health commodity procurement services and systems-strengthening technical assistance that addresses all elements of a comprehensive supply chain.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Support the technical and logistics workstream in the implementation of the ITN campaign.

Support training at all levels for the implementation of the ITN campaign

Support quantification and distribution of materials and tools

Support implementation of ICT4D campaigns

Support review meetings at the state level and collate ITN campaign mobilization and distribution data.

Support monitoring and supervision of ITN campaign macro and micro logistics

Support the state team to proactively respond to challenges during the ITN campaign.

Support the state to ensure monitoring and supervision of mobilization and distribution exercises is efficient.

Support the state on advocacy and community mobilization for all campaigns.

Develop draft final campaign technical reports.

Support the development of the ITN campaign playbook.

Support the technical and logistics workstream in the implementation of SMC campaigns.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field

At least 5 years of relevant work experience in ITN campaign implementation.

Experience working on a USAID or donor-funded project is required.

Proficiency in Android-related OS, with the ability to manage Android phones and other Android-related devices

Critical thinking skills and attention to detail

Ability to work under little or no supervision.

Fluency in English is required.
