Kakira Sugar Supervisor – DCS Jobs in Uganda
Key Responsibilities
DCS operation & Reporting to Shift superintendent in all process operations.
Supervising operators and instructing them to follow all process operations (Fermentation,
distillation, WTP, ETP, boiler &turbine) as per the procedure and reporting to Supdt.Shift
DCS record maintenance
Doing laboratory analysis when required
Yeast culturing and developing up to culture vessel stage
Adhering to and enforcing the Safety, Health and Environment Policy of the company
ISO / UNBS certificate related coordination with the team.
Hygienic condition maintenance in the DCS control room.
Performing any other related duties that may be assigned by the Superintendent-Shift/Management
from time to time.
Knowledge, qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering.
Experience, Skills and Competences:
DCS /Computer operation, Laboratory analysing skills.
