Renters of Reddit, how often do you move?

Every year or two. Looking at the average increase of property values in my area, I’d need to live at a place for at least three years to make a profit on buying a home, to offset the closing costs. My wife and have lived in multiple cities and haven’t felt like staying in one long term though, so we’ll keep renting for now.
