The Will to Live is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Project Coordinator in Ha Noi, Vietnam.
The Will to Live is a social enterprise in Ha Noi that provide free IT and life skill training courses to people with disabilities (PwDs) to assist them in finding a job and integrating into society.
Key Job Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator will perform the following functions:
- Provide functional and general administrative to a project management
- Assist Project Manager in finishing financial report
- Assist Director with project design, planning and implantation
- Preparing presentations to update senior management on the project’s progress and showcase the project’s value.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
- Looking for ways to increase the project’s profitability and reduce expenses where possible.
- Keep records of performance data of projects
- Provide support in meetings with governmental agencies
- Assist planning and holding meetings and seminars
- Produce meeting minutes in Vietnamese and English
- Provide translation and interpretation as necessary
- Assist in preparing letters to partner, local government authorities and other project documents
- Responsible for the development of weekly/quarterly project plans and activities
- Responsible for plans of actions, budgeting and monitoring system
- Ensuring deadlines are met.
- Seek actively for potential new donors and partnerships
- Manage all social media: website, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
- Manage students living with disabilities who study in the center and the training quality.
- Perform other duties as required
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have:
- Fluency in verbal and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, power point, Windows and in internet-based communications
- Experience in assisting project management and accounting management in NGO
- Strong drafting skills to produce clear and concise written documents
- Good organizational skills and high attention to details
- Good command of task prioritization and time management to meet deadlines
- Proven ability to problem solving and think proactively
- Good teamwork, spirit and enthusiasm
- At least 1-year experience working in NGO
- Experience in persons with disability-related issues preferred
- Ability to use sign language is preferred
