People who’ve had their tubes tied, what were the risks and did you get it reversed?

I’m preg w my third child, and I was debating on getting tied, just worried I won’t be able to reverse it if I want more kids later down the road and have you had any complications? Any medicine you need to take? I heard u might still have a risk of ectopic pregnancies and am scared
