People who watch a lot of gore, what’s the the absolute worst video you’ve seen?

I don’t watch a lot of gore, but there was this one video I saw on instagram a while back where a man accidentally fell on train tracks as a train went by and his top half spun around a couple times while his bottom half stayed still. Still gives me nightmares.
