People who transferred from a less prestigious school to a more prestigious school, can you talk about how you did it and give some background?

My school was pretty bad, kids were discriminatory and teachers for my favourite subjects were, let’s say, not so qualified to teach them. So I said eff this, stopped using social media and games for a while (tough but worth it), made a schedule to study and recall studied information, followed said schedule.
