People who suffered from insomnia for more than two months, can you please share positive stories of how it got better?

It’s difficult, I won’t lie. For me, the hardest part was the inconsistency; I never felt settled after I headed into my bedroom.

It took therapy, and embracing the fact that, sleeping or not, getting to bed at the same time and getting up at the same time is the power I can exercise of consistency. I’d recommend both for anyone struggling with insomnia.
