People Who Have Worked For Chic’Fil-A, What Makes Them A Superior Employer?

Consistently all the fast food places in my area are empty or nearly empty, and understaffed. Look across the street at Chic’Fil-A and the line is around the building and filling up the parking lot with people trying to get in.

Great service comes from great employees, and great employees come from great employers. So I’m really confused as to why the other places haven’t copied their business practice so far as employee treatment is concerned. What makes them so great?

Note: I actually hate their chicken, and don’t eat there. Bland, flat, tasteless cardboard, but that’s a personal opinion that is obviously not shared universally
