Parents of Reddit how did you handle it when you found out your child was the bully?

Not a parent, but I know the best thing to do is to let your child know they aren’t a bad kid while still telling them that what they’re doing is wrong. Telling a kid they’re a bully will make them bully more because it’s what’s expected, if you tell them they’re a good kid and can do much better they are more likely to want to be better.
