Uganda Cancer Institute Senior Nursing Officer Jobs
Job Purpose:
To provide quality nursing services at UCI
Qualification:
A Bachelor of Science degree in either Nursing or its equivalent from a recognized University/Institution
Possession of a Diploma in a specialized field will be of added advantage
Must be registered with Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council with a valid practicing license
Should have working experience of at least three (3) years, at Nursing Officer level or equivalent position from a reputable organization. Desirable in Surgery ward.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan, monitor, and evaluate nursing activities
Prepare and submit reports
Allocate duties to nursing staff and students for smooth running of wards/units
Manage performance of staff
Supervise, coach, and mentor students and staff
Participate in research activities for evidence-based practice
Develop and implement nursing protocols
