To further strengthen our market presence and engage with our audience effectively, we are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing and play a key role in our company’s success.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Social Media Intern, you won’t be fetching coffee or sitting on the sidelines; you’ll be a
central player in our success story. Your job will involve:
Content Creation: Collaborate with our team to generate engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
Content Posting and Scheduling: Plan and post/schedule posts to ensure a consistent online presence, keeping our audience informed and engaged.
Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and queries, fostering positive interactions with our audience and addressing their needs promptly.
Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team as well as other teams, contributing to the development of content strategies for each social media platform and aligning these strategies with company objectives.
Analytics: Assist in tracking and analyzing social media metrics to gain insights into the effectiveness of our campaigns and suggest improvements.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and conversations in the automotive industry and incorporate relevant topics into our content strategy.
Influencer Management: Identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers who can promote our brand, product, or service to our target audience.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
Proficiency in using various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and a good understanding of how they work.
Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop
The ability to analyze social media metrics and draw insights from data to improve performance.
Being meticulous in content creation and ensuring that all posts are error-free.
Effective time management skills to plan and schedule posts, track campaigns, and meet deadlines.
The candidate should-
Have good communication skills (both written and spoken)
Be able to work in a fast paced environment
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Be a good problem solver and have the ability to collaborate with team members
Have good communication, negotiating and analytical skills.
Have good analytical skills
Skilled in market research and direct sales.
