Eagle HR Consultants Business Operations Officers Jobs in Kenya
About the Role
The Business Operations Officers will be responsible for carrying out currency operations, accounting transactions and analysis of information that will assist in implementation of the currency operations strategies.
Person Specifications
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
A Master’s degree in the relevant field will be an added advantage.
A professional qualification(s) in accounting such as CPA, ACCA or an equivalent will be an added advantage.
Have at least two (2) years’ relevant post-internship work exposure in an accounting and finance environment in a large organisation, preferably in a financial institution or reputable professional services firm.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and balance workload to complete multiple assignments within deadlines.

Demonstrates integrity and ethical practices while ensuring the organization is not put at reputational risk.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Relationship management and ability to build rapport and create good relationships.
Resilience and ability to maintain momentum when faced with operational challenges, while adapting to a changing environment.
