Kwale County Principal Administrative Secretary Jobs in Kenya
The officer reports to the County Secretary and will be based at the County head quatres.
Duties and Responsibilities
Follow up administrative directives
Enforcing performance management and staff performance appraisal for departments
Coordinating responses to the County Assembly
Coordinating responses to public complaints
Follow up project status reports
Participate in the preparation of departmental annual planning and budgets
Any other duties assigned by the office of the County Secretary
Requirements for appointment
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from a recognized institution
Masters is an added advantage
Have at least five (5) years working experience
