Public Service Commission Reception Assistant Jobs in Kenya
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:-
Served for a minimum period of three (3) years at the position of Reception Assistant CSG 13 and above or in a comparable position in the Public Service;
A Certificate in Communications Studies, Mass Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Information Science, Media Studies, Corporate Communications, Social Sciences or any equivalent qualification from a university recognized in Kenya;
Good communication skills;
Ability to work under minimal supervision; and
Good interpersonal skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing visitors access to the Authority’s premises;
Receiving, directing and ushering visitors;
Booking of meeting rooms;
Maintenance of reception area inventory.
