The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and processing goods in the warehouse.
  • Inventory Management by regularly conducting counts and reconciliations and ensuring accuracy.
  • Order fulfillment and dispatch.
  • Coordinate with logistics for timely order dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Complete necessary paperwork, such as outbound and inbound forms and maintain accurate records of received goods, dispatched orders, and inventory levels.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding inventory and warehouse activities.
  • Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet established standards before shipping.
  • Report any quality issues and discrepancies to the relevant parties.

    Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of a relevant Diploma.
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar setting.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
