Purpose of Job

Management of Change Administrator (MOCA) is responsible to administrate and coordinate the overall MOC process at the STO – Secunda Tank Farm Operations. The MOCA plays a critical part in ensuring MOC integrity and compliance to the site procedure through auditing and document control.

Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities

Business Results:

Assign Management of Change (MOC) numbers and keep a register of all registered MOC’s

Document Management of MOC’s through establishing a document workspace for storage of information

Track and updates progress and status of all MOCs including temporary changes within the tracking process

Ensure the availability of monthly management reports to the owner and discipline managers on the status of all MOCs.

Upkeep of a MOC storage archive for closed MOC – Scanning of completed MOC Compliance: – Ensure compliance to Group and Site procedure for MOC’s

Supports STO’s focus areas to reduce the count of temporary and 2 year & older MOC’s

Monthly audits on the MOC packs and provide feedback to Change Owners and Owners

Ensure drawings in MOC pack is submitted to Engineering Data Centre (EDC)Leadership and Values:

Know the status of all MOC’s in their portfolio System and Process coaching to Secunda Tank Farm Operations MOC and SharePoint Training to BU’s Exhibit energy, willingness, enthusiasm while dealing with all the Challenging situations encountered.

Formal Education

Grade 12 (must)

Min Experience

2 years Sasol experience

2 years relevant experience in Management of Change (Must)

4 years Administration / document control experience (wish)

Computer Literate (must)

SharePoint Document Management Experience (wish)

Knowledge of Administration and records best practices

Must be able to handle conflict

Taking ownership
