Qualification(s):
B Degree in Human Resources/ Behavioural Sciences/ Social Sciences or Management at a NQF 7 level with 360 credits or
B Tech in Human Resources/ Behavioural Sciences/ Social Sciences or Management at a NQF 7 level with 360 credits
Related Experience:
10 Years extensive experience in management and the management of practices across the Human Resources value chain is required

Good understanding of Human Resources processes and Human Resources value chain
Understanding of relevant labour legislation

Key Responsibilities
Formulates Divisional Human Resources operations management strategy and direction.
Manages the Human Resources Operations Management.
Sets the functional direction for implementation of Human Resources processes.
Leads and implements Eskom Human Resources projects, portfolio initiatives for Transformation and ensures integration across the business disciplines within their respective Divisions.
Heads the transformation planning processes for the Division.
Provides a high-level advisory and consultancy Service.
Resource management.
