Job Description

To identify processes and identify improvement, digitization and automation opportunities across Real Estate Services, and to research, design and develop the end-to-end business processes using process modelling and methods for measurable and effective benefit in Real Estate Services South Africa.

Qualifications

A Degree in either Business Commerce or Information Technology Required

Experience:

Extensive experience in Process development. Experience using and knowledge of Process Improvement Methodologies, Real Estate systems and objectively conceptualizing processes and the relevant training material with the ability to use modelling language. Understanding how to design a process, including desktop automation’s, robotics etc.

Experience with design and systems thinking techniques, as well as UX experience is preferred.

Experience within Real Estate industry is preferred.
