Oct 17, Business Registration Service Deputy Registrar of Companies Jobs in Kenya

Reporting to the Registrar of companies, the Deputy Registrar of companies will be responsible for facilitating effective and efficient administration of registration of companies, businesses and general operations of the companies registry.

Requirements for Appointment

A person shall qualify for appointment of the Deputy Registrar of companies if that person:

Is a Citizen of Kenya;

Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in good standing, Member of LSKiii. Has seven (7) years relevant experience

Has served in the grade of Senior Assistant Registrar or inacomparableposition for a minimum of three years

Holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized university;

Holds a master’s degree from a recognized institution will be an added Advantage

Holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law

Demonstrates professional competence;

Meets the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
