Responsibilities:
Assist customers in the selection of interior design and decoration solutions.
Provide expert advice and product knowledge to guide customers in making informed choices.
Educate customers on the latest trends and design concepts.
Promote products and services to meet sales targets.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product returns professionally.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.
Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven sales experience in a retail environment.
Competency in computer use for inventory management and customer transactions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, initiative, energy, flexibility, and creativity.
A Certificate or Diploma in Interior Design is desirable.
