Boardroom Appointments MS Solution Sales Specialist Jobs in South Africa
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
5 + years of experience in Microsoft Solutions Sales.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Products, Services, and Licensing Models.
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Microsoft certifications (such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Understand client requirements and challenges; present and demonstrate tailored Microsoft solutions to address these needs.
Sales Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Microsoft solutions and achieve sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with Microsoft products, services, and licensing options; effectively communicate the value propositions to clients.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Microsoft partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Sales Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales management team.
Customer Support: Provide post-sales support and coordinate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and problem resolution.
