Post Graduate Degree in Information Studies
8 -10 years experience within the area of specialisation with evidence of exposure to leading teams
3 – 4 years’ people management experience.

To lead the implementation of the Experience Design (ED) strategy within the area of specialisation, and to drive alignment of business operations to the ED strategy.
To plan for, execute, and deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience design for clients.
