Anti- Female Genital Mutilation Board Human Resource Management Officer Jobs in Kenya
Duties and Responsibilities
Implementing human resource management decisions within existing rules, regulations and procedures;
Processing information relating to recruitment, promotion, leave, transfer and exit
documents;
Preparing agenda for the human resource management advisory committee;
Updating payroll and complement data;
Assisting in the assessment of training needs for all cadres of staff;
Collating and compiling training applications;
Collating staff performance appraisals;
Updating the human resource information system; and
Drafting routine correspondences.
Requirements for Appointment
Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: – Human Resource Management, Sociology, Economics, Public/Business Administration or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and
Proficiency in computer applications.
