We conduct both physical and online trainings in different fields such as Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management, Public Speaking, Practical Accounting, Advanced Excel, SPSS and many others. So far, we have trained more than 10,000 professionals in 25 countries in Africa.
We are looking for a results oriented Training Officer-Accounting to join our vibrant team on a full time basis.
Overall objective of the position
The successful candidate will take up Business Development, Training and Accounting roles.
Relevant qualifications:
You have a Degree in Business (Accounting Option) and CPA IV and above. A masters degree will be an added advantage
You are an experienced trainer in accounting and have taught accounting at college or high school level. You view training as a calling, and you are able to engage participants throughout a training session.
You are experienced in selling training and consultancy products. You have a strong personality and are capable of closing deals.
You are proficient in MS Office, especially Ms Excel and PowerPoint
You are highly flexible, and can travel for training assignments on short notice, including outside the country. You can also train evening programs up to 9.30pm (online).
You have a positive attitude towards work, and challenges excite you.
You are a numbers person, and can demonstrate your past performance using data.
You love performance-based growth opportunities
Duties / Responsibilities
Business development roles, including developing proposals, calling clients, providing relevant information regarding different courses.
Achieve set sales targets for accounting and related programs
Develop training content in accounting and related areas
Training participants (both physical and online) in your area
Oversee accounting duties at the institute
Organize and implement training programs across the continent (including being physically present in these countries)
Ensure 100% client satisfaction through continuous support
Any other task allocated in line with job requirements
Key Benefits:
Salary Kshs 35,000-50,000 depending on qualifications
