FIG Consult Personal Assistant Role for a Content Creator and Influencer Jobs in Uganda
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Creative ideas for topics and scripts and adverts for YouTube and Instagram. Keeping social pages engaged with ideas. (But not to run them)
Scheduling tasks and managing calendar
Being available support with capturing BTS in meetings, shoot days, events , vlogs
Run errands for me
Call and schedule meetings with prospective clients
Proposal, contract and proposal writing using apps like Canva, word etc
Identify brands we can work with and strategically reach out to them with my support
Manage work line and receive payments
Any other work assigned
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant should hold relevant qualifications
Skills in using Canva and Word
Good proposal writing skills
Excellent organizational skills and abilities
Teachable
Capable and creative
Fears the Lord
Trustworthy and reliable
Available, mature in mind with not many commitments.
Proactive (doesn’t have to wait for instructions to do things) and has attention to detail
Understands authority and is responsive
